i am a poor college kid with a 91 dx project, i plan on getting coilovers as soon as possible but would like to give my hatch a lower stance. im not lookin to tuck tire or scrape mudflaps or anything serious i just want to loose the gap, about 2.5" or so.

i do still have stock struts for the time being. my question is what would be a good set of springs that are pretty stiff and arent going to blow the struts in a month? opinions please?

Tein's S tech lowering springs are nice. Cheap (under $150), nice drop and is only slightly stiffer then stock springs so they won't kill your shocks.
