help 16V turbo
help me about my zc twincam dohc 16v turbo built..
can someone tell me about the nissan motor 16v turbo. if i run my zc stock rod n pistons compressor 9.5.1 or 9.6.1. JDM. will be safe or not??
and about 76mm vitara pistons. just oversize block n head? can someone tell me what i need going to do with 76mm pistons...

You can boost a ZC on stock internals..I'd say 10psi's would be the absolute limit (Well for me at least, i don't feel comfortable going any higher then that). Which nissan motor are you talking about specifically? In any case, so long as it isn't a high-output turbo (Like one from a Supra, or in my friends case he took one from a Volvo S80 and made it work), that'll be throwing dumb amounts of boost into your stock motor then you're good.
Stock bore ona ZC is 75mm so if you plan on using those 76's, YES you will need to resize he cylinders. HONESTLY it's just a 1mm improvement over stock I wouldn't even bother with them.
the 16v turbo from nissan rb20 turbo. if i run with my stock block.. so i need to chr injector to 450cc and fuel bump. my ecu is pm7,any intro for me?
Yea, Adapter Plate to fit it to proper manifold, I'm guessing the HF-Manifold would be a cheap, effective choice. Higher flowing fuel pump and Yes bigger injectors. You will need a chipped ECU as well.
I'm using the DSM turbo from a 91 GSX, DSM 450cc injectors, HF-Manifold w/Adapter plate, 225lph Fuel Pump and a front mount intercooler. Since i'm converted to Obd1 i'm going for a Chipped P28 with a custom map supplied to my by a friend.
First time boosting a ZC myself so I hope this helps, lemmie know how it turns out for you, and i'll let u know how it turns out for me.
