Default Help with plan for a6 cylinder head

Wasup H-T! So after getting a new engine for my ED7, which is a6 block with y7 head -_- (Mechanic couldn't find a6 head). I started to think to build my a6 cylinder head laying around my garage, the reason im not using the a6 head cylinder. Because that little key, that's welded to the cam shaft broke. So i need some help on building my head cylinder and replace the y7 head.

So here's what i have in my car

D16a6 block
D16y7 Head cylinder -_-
D16a6 dizzy
d16a6 header and intake mani
d16a6 trany ( 5th gear crapy and need O-ring replace)
d16a6 ECU

Plan's
I want to gain a little HP in my car, with out going b - series. (Cali LAW SUCKS!!)
Ive been watching Bisimoto's video, and he build's SOHC like crazy. So i thought why not just build my little SOHC.
IDK where to start, i am still noob when it gets to engine.
I want to change my camshaft, valve springs, cam gear, and etc
which makes me stuck in my plans, i am not planning to build the block.
I just want to gain at least 130 hp or more if possible without boosting it. (once again CALI LAW SUCKS!!!)
Can you guys give me what else should i need to get this project going, like what parts should I get and what i am missing here.

And if any bashers, trying to bash on me to do this. Please go ahead i don't mind at all, I need motivation.

I hope someone can help me on this, thanks in advance!!!
