Default Tranny cooler used as a oil cooler?

How much psi do auto tranny coolers see? I was wondering if a tranny cooler could be used as an oil cooler? I see close to 100psi at cold start, would that be too much for a tranny cooler?

yes, - most kits from places like summit are sold as both trans or oil coolers.

i've been running a trans cooler as an oil cooler on my road race scirocco for a few years with no issues.
