Default Port and Polish or Long block?

Im in the process of rebuilding my b18c1. Now I've used the searched function for this question and havent found a thread earlier than 2004, and i know things have changed. So my question is.

Im looking at being able to push 600 Hp out of my engine with a turbo. Should i port and polish the head? Then sleeve the block? Or get a long block without sleeving it? Ive heard if you use the long block its just as good as sleeving it. Or some people ive heard say not to sleeve it?

Im wanting opinions?

you're in the wrong forum. This is the NA forum.

For 600hp, you'll need to do both. I don't think you know what you're getting yourself into if you are asking this question.

What do you need 600hp for anyways?
