What computer, trans, and harness are you using.
No one can read your mind. Was this an manual to auto
swap?

You realy need to know what make and kind of harness. pull up a 94 integra diagram
and pin out each of the corresponding wires. trace them down and make sure they are
where they need to be. Your ignition system is part of it also. if it was a manual
conversion check to see if the clutch switch was properly ditched and the wires
werent just patched together alowing your car to be started in gear. Also was this
a b sereis or d series, or vtec? You can realy frankenstein up a harness for somone else
and they will not know it if you are a competent mechanic. Also any auxilary harnesses would be the most probable in a harness conversion unless somone wanted perfection.

process of elimination,
not a manual conversion
bseries
il get a diagram and work through it
but not even honda knows wat wrong(but they are useless)
