Ok, my switch that makes my in cabin fan turn on and adjusts the speed is shot, i want to splice into whichever wire is for medium speed and run a toggle switch for one speed just on and off. where can i get a diagram for the wiring harness in the back of that switch cluster to figure out which wire I need to cut into?

 

or how about the diagram for the wires in the back of that cluster of switches?
