well on this site, most people are not into wild body modifications. They were 10 years ago. That pic might be really old, and its probably totally custom.

I remember that kit (shows how old I am). Vitesse by Gulf Coast Motors. I don't know if they are still around but there are pics on the web if you google it.

Funny thing is I didn't really like it back then but seeing it now...I still don't like it but it's nice to see something other than JDM trendy styling.
