Default Thumping noise front wheel

Hello,

drive a 2003 EP3 Civic. just changed my front rotors and pads (OEM) last week. Now developed some sort of thumping noise from the front end. The noise would get faster as the car moves faster. Noise remains the same if I turn rigtht or left. Once I apply the brakes the noise goes away completely.

what could this be? pad loose maybe?

Thanks!

You could check the little metal plate that sits between the pad and the bracket. Not the plate between pad and calliper.
I had that problem last week, the metal plate shiftet towards the rotor. It is shaped like a "U".

Good luck
