So i just picked up a 95 ls as my project car. chargerd up the battery and wen i connected it the break lights lit up and do not go off. i pumped the break pedal in hope it was just stuck but no success. Any ideas on why they are acting like this?? or wat i should look at, or replace? all ideas and tips appreciated thanks

 

Check the switch on the brake pedal.

Or, you might have the wrong bulbs installed.

 

Plastic bump stop that is suppose to hit the switch usually breaks and falls off as well. Replaced mine on the clutch not too long ago, cruise control wouldnt work with it busted and my brothers 240 had the same issue w/ the brake pedal.
