I have been digging... and scouring... and looking and so far I haven't found a way to get my pilot bearing out. I have heard methods of using a pilot bearing remover (It broke), I tried to pack it with grease (it is ceased up) and I am trying to drill it out (so far no good) Anyone got any advice??? I have been banging, and drilling, and beating up this pilot bearing for along time and it is really REALLY making me mad so please help...

 

get some bread and pack it in there. Trust me it will work.

op: i've honestly never had much trouble with them. they are in there snug, but with a few wacks from a hammer and screwdriver it should come right out. what have you tried thus far to remove said bearing?

 

Is the flywheel still on the car or off of it?

Nerer had any problems getting bearing out.

 

No joke,If the flywheel is still on the car that could be it..
