Does anyone know the FOR SURE answer if a y8 supercharger will work on a z6?

I've searched and searched but keep getting the run around type of answers.

I know the y8 ones are offset but can you add a washer behind the boost pulley? Also I heard you have to use the jackson racing y8 crank pulley with the y8 kit, but I thought that was to make up for the offset of the boost pulley. So if I "shimmed" the boost pulley I could just use my stock z6 one, correct?

Someone please shed some light, I wanna pick up this kit but I don't wanna waste my money and not be able to use it.

 

the y8 supercharger will fit on the z6 itll fit on all d series motors, not sure about the d17 but all d16s and d15s

 

i have one on on the way to me right now and was told it would fit, but i was wondering if u or anyone else that reads this might know where i could source the belt for it?
