TN FS/FT 1991 Mr2 Turbo

I got this car pretty recently but my plans have changed and I'm going away for school. So, I'm looking for something that has a little more space for hauling stuff back and forth from school and something that get better gas mileage. This is a factory turbo car not a swap.
the car dynoed at 222whp and 250wtq before the jdm ecu and 3" down pipe
127xxx miles on the body.
13k on the head -rebuilt by a master certified tech (bottom end was inspected)
53k on the tranny - 6 puck clutchmasters unsprung clutch installed with tranny (about 8k on it)
ct26 has no shaft play
ats throttle body inlet
Berk Technology 3" down pipe
Apexi N1 exhaust
jdm ecu (has more aggressive tune)
ats egr delete
walbro fuel pump
greddy style intercooler with ems powered shrouds and 9" spal fan
samco radiator hoses
trd short shifter w/ trd ****
new redline goods custom shift boot to fit trd shifter
new floor mats from twosrus
manual boost controller
Blitz intake
1000w rockford fosgate amp
2 10in custom mounted diamond subs behind seats
A/c was converted last summer to 134 and replace every seal in the lines so you are good for a long time
white gauge faces
dual a-piller gauge pod
auto meter ultra-lite boost gauge and oil pressure gauge are in it right now but i have a brand new innovative wideband with the db gauge and an stri smoked lens x-line boost gauge waiting to be put in
5 Zigen knock offs 15lbs a piece (maybe 5k on them)
new bfg kdw's 215/40/17 in front 235/40/17 in rear
I guess that"s all i can think of.
asking $7500obo - I'm really looking to trade for a newer integra or a civic si or hatch but throw me some offers.
