Default forged cranks

http://www.japanengine.com/products/...&search=&page=

has any one used one from this company
i spoke with them, they said they produce themselves and the price is 395 shipped which i was like wtf..
they sell them mostly to racers in pr running alcohol cars

any one on this forum have anything to say about them good or bad

says you can not use them in vtec blocks because the thrust washer location is in different location on ls cranks i am not familiar with ls cranks at all..

any one done any business with them?

says guys in pr running 10k+ with these cranks no known issues with there product... price is great i think...

ls and vtec b series thrust washer are the same and in the same place wtf?

a b series crank can already handle more than enough power regardless.

This might come in handle in a few years as there become few and few of the OEM cranks around.

I'm assuming your asking this as a stock replacement for a trashed crank? I have no experience with these but would be good to know as its getting tougher to find decent short blocks for building.
