check engine light code check

is this were your supose to check codes?
i have a 90 crx with a b18b converted to odb1

this is underneith the pass. side dash

yep is certainly is. jump that connector and the cel in the gauge cluster will start blinking out codes

yes. bridge that two wire connector together. you can use a paper clip or just grab a wire and strip the ends off.

I'm having the same issue with my crx. But my CEL only comes on after driving for a couple minutes. If I jump the connector before the CEL comes on will it still spit out a code? Or do I have to drive it til the CEL comes on before I jump the connector?
