Default Help finding the right remedy... terrible rod knock!!!

ok, so i blew my jdm H.. terrible rod knock!!! i figure it would b cheaper to replace the motor instead on rebuilding it, only prob is i cant find any reasonably priced H motors.. my next best option is a F20B motor that i found.. i jus hav a few questions on how to make this swap work... OBD2 to OBD1

1. will the trans from my H work for the F?
2. will the stage 2 clutch from my H work for the F?
3. will the motor mounts from my H fit on the F
4. will the ecu from my H work for the F?
5. will the motor harness from my H work for the F?
6. when it comes to conversion harnesses, whats the diff between OBD2a & OBD2b
7. is there anything else i should know or will need to make the swap work???

i was jus thinkin bout junking my old H, but im not opposed to parting with it if anyone is interested.. here is a vid from the last time i cranked it up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XH6o-jjugs
