My friend has a 99 Civic HB

He just bought a 2000 ODB2 GSR swap that he wants to put into his EK

Will the Rear Integra Mount work ??

Also will the GSR harness work with the ek ???

He also has an OBD2 GSR ecu - will that work ?

and will all the other mounts work ??

please let me know, what he needs to do this swap

the rear integra mount will not work (try civic SI) and do a search for the other mounts (hybridgarage.com TECH) as far as the harness should work as well as the ecu but I would have a OBD1 jumper and ECU on hand to make the swap easier if you are in a crush for time

hey im not sure about the harness stuff, but im almost posotive that the ecu and harnasses will wire right up with no problem, u might have to run a knock sensor wire and vtec wires if his car is not currently Vtec. but his car is obd2 so the new ecu and harness should work fine. the motor is a usdm motor right? if its JDM then u will need to take the harness off his current motor and put it on the other one

why would he need that, both the vehicle and engine are obd2b?

which harness does he use on the motor - odb2 -

the one with the motor gsr

or a SIR harness for the e k ??
