Default effects of lightened flywheel engine vibration on distributors

After installing a lightened 8lb Fidanza flywheel into my 94 Accord EX Wagon (auto-to-manual), I've noticed that there's been some slight engine vibration in second gear when pulling from ~2000-2500RPM. This vibration is noticeably less in other gears. I searched around and noticed that other folks have this characteristic in this car due to less-damped engine combustion.

I've also noticed some stranger minute misfire symptoms, and I'm wondering if these undamped engine combustion vibrations put an extra strain on the electrical components in the distributor (ie. TDC sensor, igniter, coil, etc). Has anybody experienced anything remotely similar to this?

Thank you very much in advance.
