Default A little B18 help

Hey everyone! I have a B18C(R) motor(i think its a 98) running OBDII(is that right? ) i do have an OBDI wire harness switch and a chipped P28 but it has a couple extra wires over the OBDII. Can you guys tell me abit more about my motor? compression? am i running wrong ECU? things like that. Thanks.
