Default Air conditioning trouble

THe AC on my 92 Civic s barely working. Yesterday I changed the expansion valve and receiver/drier, took off the compressor and drained the mineral oil and added 4oz of ester. I vacuumed for 30 minutes and charged with 24 oz of R134A It is blowing about 8degrees cooler than outside air. when the car is running at idle i have pressure readings approx 36low and 240hi. When I run the engine to 2000-3000rpm my low side drops to 32 and the high side went to 350(it might have keep going up but I let off the gas as I didn't know how high the high side should be going). The low side service point gets cold and the high side service point get gets hot. I have water dripping from the evapotor drain tube. The condensor fan does work.

What do you think my trouble is? about all that is left is the condensor, evaporator and the lines. I have a feeling that I might have a bad condensor or a line blockage between the compresser and expansion valve.
