retreive codes on 90 crx obd1 conv.

im sure this has been covred somewhere but i have had no luck finding it.
how you do retreive codes? my check light came on and i have no idea how to find out what is it.

90crx b18b obd1 conv.

There is a jumper plug. Located on the passenger side kick panel, it's a blue 2 wire plug

that jumper harness. did it come with the conversion ?
im having no luck when i go the car it was a mess ghetto as fck lol im working on making everything legit
