OK honestly, I'm going to ASSUME you did the conversion properly. SO, the real question is "Do you know what to look for IF your car doesn't start?" This is a general question because if you don't, you are better off asking/paying someone to trouble shoot the problem for you.
Answer: Look for spark, fuel, and compression. The engine needs all three in order to run. For your car, I'm again ASSUMING it was fine prior to the conversion (meaning it was in running condition). If that is true, it is a fairly safe bet that compression is good or at least good enough. So now it's either spark or fuel...or a poor job converting to OBD1.

yeh i did the conversion all rite i tried puttin it to obd1 but i stuck it all back to obd0 to drive my car home from my friends house but when i stick it all to obd1 every thing dosnt work maybe its cuase i dont have a resistor box but some time u dont need one cuz the 92 eg si hatches doesnt have one so idk
Ok now we're onto something. When you say "maybe it's cause I don't have a resistor box" the next logical question is to ask "Are you using pre OBD/OBD0 injectors or OBD1 injectors?" Pre OBD style require the resistor box, OBD1+ do not (for civics anyway). Just because your are using an OBD1 ECU doesn't mean you remove the resistor box, you only remove that if you use OBD1 injectors (and of course splice/solder where necessary). Sooooo...which injectors are you using?
