Default Vibration issue.

I have a bone stock 03 ep and I have a troubling vibration somewhere in the front end. Let me give a little background. 5k miles ago I did a complete service at 150k. Timing chain, guides, tensioner, etc. Having pulled the motor to do this I also changed seals, boots, uprights(after pressing in new ball joints and bearings). So most everything is new. I did however find a broken core in the front motor mount and decided to pour it solid with UV 6800 rather than buy another new part.

Now the problem:
I have a vibration that can be felt in the gas pedal and steering wheel only under moderate to hard acceleration. I have nut and bolted and checked everything in the front end. The steering feedback isn't a shake like a bad alignment, it is just the fact that I feel it. I want some input from people before I start ordering parts. Any thoughts, questions, or suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Forgot to add this, when checking front end components I discovered the front motor mount that was poured solid had the poured inner core starting to crack and flake. Not sure if I can directly relate that to the problem, so I am at a loss.

So someone did the windshield glue trick to the front mount? I have to ask, did you pay extra close attension to all the alinment marks when doing the timing chain? Kinda sounds like ballance shafts are out of sink with the reast of the motor....or you have a bound up motor mount...or your clutch ingagement arm was not installed correctly.....or you have a wheel(s) out of balance.......I hate trying to figure out what vibrations are over the interweds..........

Very close attention was paid to the timing marks. The vibration is consistent, but not enough so to be balance shafts. I ordered a new mount and plan on snugging front and back and then firing up the car to let the motor find its resting place and then tighten it all down. Right now I am leaning in the direction of motor mount at the moment. All wheels have been rechecked for balance. Clutch alignment was spot on and engagement arm is in properly. Thank you for the input! Vibrations are hard to locate in person, let alone by description. I figured it is a bit of a longshot, but input helps me catch something I may have missed.

As for the motor mount, I didn't actually use windshield adhesive, I didn't even know about that at the time. I was acyually being a cheap-*** and used whatever i had laying around that would still have a fairly low durometer. I used UV 6800 and it worked for awhile, but it is starting to fall apart.

Frist thing i would try is put the front up on stands , loosen all the mounts, put a jack under the bell houseing and take the load off the mounts and then retighten them...that might free up any binding you may have..........when you do the front mount, if you get a after market one, open up the holes with a drill....they are all off and if you force them, you will fuXk up the threads....also plan on lowering the sub frame to get them out in and out....sorry, If you know all this, hard to know what people know on here.

New front motor mount is in and it helped a little by taking away some smaller vibrations due to the crappy old mount. Now i still have a vibration and it seems more focused and possibly worse. At 40-45 mph it shakes hard enough to cause a side to side movement in the car. I am beginning to think that i am having some sort of drivetrain issue. All CV's were rebooted and repacked during the major service. Anyone have any issues with carrier bearings or anything like this? I am at a loss here.

I used a fctory mount and everything went together like a dream. I have a good knowledge base...i know enough to get in over my head.

Problem resolved. Bad inboard CV on the longside(passenger). Went ahead and replaced all of them.
