Default weird clutch noise?

Hey guys I have a 1990 2.2 accord ex. I just bought this car yesterday and it makes 2 noises. The first sounds like a dry drive belt but its weird because if I push down on the clutch pedal it goes away and it comes back on when I let off of the pedal. And the 2nd noise is the weirdest. And it only happens when I take off from a stop. Ie: I'm at a red light and I put it in first gear as I am waiting for the light I start to release the clutch pedal slowly and I get a humming noise. When the light turns green and I let off of the clutch and give it gas it makes a noise kinda like a slide whistle like the one sideshow bob used on the simpsons. And its weird because it only does it in that type of situation I don't hear any noise when I shift thru the rest of the gears. Any thoughts?

With the first noise I don't have to push in the clutch pedal all the way in if I just put my foot on it and just barely begin to push it in ever so slightly it will go away..... sorry for posting again I tried editing the original post but my phone was taking too long to do it

posting on your phone, nice! haha my accord will do the same thing for #1, it gets quieter when i push in the clutch. i still haven't figured that out but it did it before i got my new clutch too. for the second, does it slip at all if you mat it in gear? and is it the stock clutch
you should also update your signature now that you have a different car 8-)

There's no slippage at all. I run through the rest of the gears fine without any noise or problem. I don't know if its a stock clutch. The guy I bought it from said he had just replaced the tranny with one of those that they bring frm japan with low miles he said the clutch gone done as well. The clutch feels good it isn't low or anything
