Default Tial wastegate problem

I bought a tial F40 wastgate on ebay. Im not sure if its a real Tial or not. The cap of the wastegate is real but Im not sure about the rest of the body. The casting looks good. The guy I bought it from said a shop recently rebuilt it. I took it apart anyways and it looks like its been rebuilt with ebay parts. The wastegate spring has no color, its plain silver. The authentic Tial springs are color coated. The valve and valve seat are fine, no wobbles. The diaphram was not pinched but looks deformed like it was pinched at one time. There's some rubbing on the diaphram where the banjo fitting is at. How do I tell if its real or if the parts inside are real or not?
