Default Deltagate vs Tial Wastegate

how do they compare? all the deltagates i see on ebay seem to be selling for pretty decent prices while even used Tial's seem to sell for close to what they do when new. Are deltagates any good or should i pork up the money for tial gate? thanks guys

the deltagate works fine up to about 14lbs or so. then it will start to creep. I use the HKS standard wastegate. works perfect all the way to 28lbs and 500+ hp.

I've seen the Deltagates go for waaaay too much on Ebay. The results are very much divided on how good/bad the Delta is.

Personally, I would spring for a NEW Tial. Unless you're saving like $100 or so, why bother with a used part?

tial is proven quality, deltagate has some shady rumors on its side

tial is definitely high quality. deltagate loves to spike, mine used to jump to 12psi. sometimes with a 7psi. spring. good way to kill an engine

I am running a Delta now, but I have creep at low psi. I have seen the creeping happen on my friends Tial as well. I just would look at it on how much you plan boosting. If you are planning to go high get the Tial and if you are stayin below 10 psi run the Delta and see how it works.

Hmmmmm.... <Debating between running the deltagate or a Tial while I am at 7-8 PSI> I wish the RevHard kits came with a Tial, it seems like the majority of people end up upgrading anyways. MaxRev knows whats up at least. So is the concensus, Tial for over 10 PSI, deltagate is fine for below 10 PSI???

I have read mixed reviews of the deltagate. I also never used one so I do not have first hand experience. Once I got my kit I sold the deltagate and bought a tial. Never heard anything bad from it.

How much did you sell your deltagate for? I am probably going to sell mine once I get my kit and step up to the Tial also...

I put it up on ebay, no reseve and started it at $1. It ended up going for 120 or 140+shipping. I forgot which one exactly because it was so long ago.

Damn I expected it would sell for around half of that. Thanks!
