There's a guy coming to check it out and he mentioned bringing a compression tester. I'll take pics if he/we do it, though I've never done a compression test on a rotary. I don't imagine it being much different than a cylinder engine..

Can you do the ''acid test'' for me along with cold and warm compression test? Get the engine warm and hold at 4k for bout 15seconds and let me know how much smoke comes out.

How bad is the smoke when it starts? and what color, ex;white,black?
