Default over heating problem

well basically my car will run hot when cracked fans dont come on i liet this sit and nothin but when i just turn the key a bit( not to Crank) my fan comes on.

any idea? its messin with my head big timee

HOT WHEN CRACKED WHAA?? is the fan coming on after youve drivien the car and just turning the key on?

I think he's trying to say that when he turns the ignition on his fan starts up, but if he actually starts the car, the fan won't kick on and it overheats.

Then again he could be saying that when he's hot, he lights up a fat one, smokes some crack, and sits in front of the fan.....

what im sayin that when when i turn the ignition my fans come on but if iactuallyu start my car they turn off

^ thats because theyre not going to be on 24/7 they only come on when the FAN SWITCH reads the temperature is getting hotter and runs current to the fans which in return turns them on!

if you car doesnt do this after a good amount of time driving you need to replace your fan switch ( might as well change the thermostat)

Thats true, but that doesnt explain why the fan comes on in the ACC position. The fan is not powered this way.
