CRX all of a sudden won't turn over. It just clicks. No dimming lights recently or anything like that. ECU code is giving 20 and 17.
Here's what I've checked/done:
battery is fine
Starter is fine
replaced ignition switch- new one didnt do anything so it's fine
replaced main fuse box- didn't help

maybe a bad ground to the starter somewhere???
I don't think it's the clutch switch because I can hear it clicking in. Absolutely have no clue what it could be now.

 

ground to the tranny prob came off

 

whats clicking? if its just the main relay clicking it could be the small signal wire on the starter is corroded or came off..

 

check your grounds... sounds like a bad ground

 

check distributor, main relay, all fuses, fuel pump, etc need more info.

Deff check ur dizzy n ur rotor .....

 

Check the ground from the valve cover to frame. If this isn't getting a good connection, the car wont even try to start.

 

could be your alternator.

 

starter wire
