if the cel came on, the best step is to actually pull the code, see what it is, and go from there

Are you sure it's ORG/BLK??? ORG/BLK is usually the O2 heater ground wire.

What are the two wire colours that you have?

1. goes to ECU pin D6
2. Goes to ground (chassis/engine or battery)

If it is ORG/BLK, That could be the pressure switch ground wire. If so that needs to be grounded to the engine wire harness ground.

If you have the VTEC solenoid wired to A4 and the Pressure switch signal wire to D6 and grounded to the battery you should be good to go.

Now code 21 is the DTC for problems with the VTEC solenoid.

Try these tests and see if they help.

There was already a wire in Pin A4? What colour was it and can you trace it to see were it ends up?

Sorry didn't get back to you are you sure you're not checking A6? That's orange/black for the O2, the A4 is the pin to the left of it

Check your engine mounts, one of them may be bad and need to be replaced. Also check your ignition & the timing as well.
