97 ex .. Head Lights off, the turn signals work.. Headlights on, turn signals do not work.. and also when I press on the brake the turn signal lights come on, on the cluste... Sigh need help!!! asap before I get a ticket =(

The brake lights and taillights share a single bulb that contains two separate filaments inside. You probably have incorrect single-filament bulbs installed.

 

it has to be something else when ever I hit the brakes the front right blinker light comes on and the turn signal lights in the car tun on its sooo weird and my third brake light like never goes off completely

 

You have the wrong bulbs installed. Just check them.
