i got a 89 crx Si for sale. The car was bought to be a project but it has been nothn but bad luck for me so maybe its better off in someone elses hands. The original 1.6 block blew so i replaced it with a z6 motor(vtec not wired,still obd0) motor ran great until one day it decided to start making noises. i do have another sohc vtec head for it as long as with the orginal 1.6 head. i would like to keep the car but I dont have time to fix and i just dont want it anymore. I hate waking up every morning for work and just seeing it sit outside. Most of the dings and dents were removed, paint is about 4months old wit a single stage paint. The car is red and lowered a white hx's. the car looks really good from what it was before which is why id hate to get rid of it. What was the rust in the quarters like before the paint?

 

Quarter panels were just sanded down and layed over with fiber glass...**** holds strong but I do have both side quarters that I was gonna replace but ended up not doin it. The car is an 89 so rust played its part

 

trade for a EG 4 door supercharger in need of a paint job
