94 boosted ls from hell :(
so i traded this guy 219honda on here for my ej6 sedan for his integra ls-t and it seemed all ok only minor things were wrong with it until he left, i went to drive it around everything started falling apart, turbo smoked, piston rings were fried, suspension was garbage, etc etc. anyways this is a rebuild thread not a motor rebuild but an actual car rebuild. here's what im starting with

this is the parts list that came with the car when i got it
blox intake manifold
blox 74mm throttle body
blox fuel pressure regulator
ramhorn cracked turbo manifold
450cc injectors
supposedly a 255 fuel pump will check when it gets warmer out
t3/t4 turbo dont remember trim
tial wastegate open downpipe
hks ssqv bov
front mount
custom piping
autometer boost gauge
black hx rims
3" downpipe
3" catback exhaust
h&r race springs
engine bay was super dirty no one ever cleaned the soot
also it was tuned on chrome 10 psi wasnt tuned when it was in my possession
has 2 step around 4500
im going to get it retuned by suja1 with ectune hopefully i can bump up the boost alittle more lol.
also here is the stuff he had on his for sale thread that he said he did to it
hot tanked block
pistons
built head
built block
crower stage 3 cams
crower valve train
new turbo
new clutch
new ls trans with no grinds
the car was so low that the exhaust scraped and made holes in most of the exhaust piping
the guy didnt even do anything to the car because he says it was an ls trans but its a gsr trans With a 3rd gear grind.
here is what i had done so far and what it cost me
new blox turbo manifold-40
new t3/t4 turbo (i know i know, im doing everything on like a 400 dollar budget)-140
new 2.5 downpipe- 1.71
new ebay catback 122.99
autometer a/f gauge- trade
mugen oil cap- trade
here is the list of stuff that still has to go in
driver side tail light- trade
skunk2 lca's- trade
rear tokico blues- came in the trunk
stock springs in back and stock cut springs in the front (only 2 coils, hope its not bouncy and super low)
tenzo r tie bar
rear strut bar
i gutted the whole rear interior to clean it today. the car will be getting worked on all this week. im saving the body work for the summer.
i have pictures of everything im doing to it but i wana get my lca's done today before i post them up. i will get those tonight tho.
decided to throw the pics that i have now up, before i get my lca's finished.
trunk and back seats before it was dirty as hell and after gutting for a good scrub








still need to do the front which i will do when its warmer out.
i have pics while i was working on it but didnt upload them yet here is some pics of it almost complete all i have left is driver side mirror, passenger side skirt, rust, and paint

1. he wouldnt let me test drive it cause it's turbo'd and i didnt want to argue it, cause he seemed legit, and 2. i inspected the car but what am i gona do tear apart the motor and make sure its built in front of him? if you have nothing nice to say then dont say anything. i didnt make the thread to bitch, i made it to show people the differences made to the car after i got it.
