My daughter's 1991 Honda Accord is indicating fault code #8 (TDC). I know that TDC is "Top Dead Center" which typically a timing issue. Could it mean that the timing belt is bad, a sensor is bad, or something else? (Runs good when you first start it up but then starts running rough on the road).
