The car is a 2003 Honda Accord with a 4 cyl. engine and an automatic transmission. I have two major codes. P2674 Rocker Arm Actuator Stck on and P0341 Cam Position Sensor A Circuit Rns/Performs Bank 1.

I am looking for possible causes for this condition.
The engine barley runs and sound very bad.

The p0341 is a "phase" code. You can do the testing but I bet you end up having to change the timing chain - it has streatch too far. The "phase" tells you the sensors are fine just the reading between them is out of spec.....the chain is has streatched causing the readings between the sensor to be "out of phase" with where they should be.

So again, do the testing but at the end I'm willing bet you need a new chain - maybe guides and that as well but at the very least the timing chain will need to be replaced.

If it is running bad it might be to the point where the chain has "jumped" a tooth or more and really causing issues.
