Someone help Please
So I drive a 93 civic cx with an LS-V.
Was driving it on the freeway and it just turned off. So I tried to turn it on and it just did a clicking noise. I thought it was the starter so I took it off and Checked it but starter is good. My girl was holding the Hood up and noticed that only 1 cam gear was turning.
My question is what could of messed up? What is the problem?

sounds like a timing belt but i dont see why 1 cam gear would turn. and the clicking sounds like a bad alternator. 2 completely different things. the starter would still turn but not the cams if the belt was broken. we need more info, i dont see why the starter was clicking but you tested it and then put it back in and seen the cam gear turning.....but not the other. can you post a video?
not the battery, friend said it could be that i bent some valves or retainers and for the video part im not trying to crank it anymore im pretty sure its the valves and dont want to mess anything else up
