P28 chipped for h22a question
Ok i have a friend that has a h22a motor in a prelude and he doesnt need his EGR valve does he? because he has a p28 ecu...why i am asking is when he unplugged the egr valve the check engine light came on...i didnt check the code yet...but why???
what year motor? year car? OBDI or II?
I think the EGR still has to be connected, but you can block the airflow with the hondata gasket

on 96+ H22a you are going to get a CEL if you uplug it. Basically the only way to get away with it is to do an OBDII work around.
