What kind of Rotas are these?

What kind of Rotas are these?
Got these off a guy last night says he ordered them from Japan. All I did was wipe with a shope rag and hose em off... I was wondering if anyone could help me out on what these are. thanks.

I looked around on google and only found 1 thing about these wheels. Idk what name they are though. Maybe Rota Retros here is the link some guy on here was selling them

Thanks and judging by that price I got a damn good deal! lol and yea I've looked on google and rotas website. He told me that there were only a few sets in the U.S.

Yea there the rota retro's, they got discontinued...although I have seen them in the rota advertisements in magazines every now and then

Those are a copy of these old Mugen rims. There is a cover plate that bolts to those 4 extra holes. You mostly see them(Mugens) on 84-87 CRX/Civic/Prelude.
