Clutch sound when pressed

Clutch sound when pressed
My clutch makes this weird sound when i press it down, shift, release clutch, and gas. It sounds like air shooting out. (Imagine air compressor and quickly just release the pressure and tighten it back) thats what it sounds like. Any ideas on whats wrong?
