Icon6 2000 si piston rings

i'm not sure if something is wrong with my rings or not cause it could be nothing but i'm losing oil and there no signs of leakage anywhere underneath so it's not the the gasket on the oil pan or anything else, so first thing that came to mind is piston rings are bad and is seeping into the cylinder and burning but i dont see any white or black smoke coming out of my exhaust, but my friends told me it might be nothing and cause i went out racing revving my motor pretty high and and drove about 60 miles from portland oregon OSU and back once so that might so that might be the reason to why im loosing oil but is there a way to check if my piston ring are bad?
