Default Help alternator removal 91 civic, d15b1 engine

I need some help gentlemen with what is the best way to remove the alternator? I have removed the tension bracket and the top hold down bolts. The top wire nut I can not get off as of yet for when I turned it the casing broke. So now all it does is just spin and not allow me to remove the top wire yet.

My repair manual does not show this removal at all. It appears that the diagram is for a crx alternator removal.

I need to get this done. Do I have to remove the drivers side wheel to get the what I can feel is another bolt?

Please let me know.

Thanks
