i just swapped my motor over from a 97 civic ex to a 92 si hatch (obd2a to obd1)

im having some odd issues, and i realized i put the front o2 sensor in from the 97.

how different are the sensors needed for the two cars? i have a feeling they are extremely different and this is the source of my issues.

any info would be awesome

Most of honda's 4 wire O2 sensors from '92 - '00 function the same and use the same plug.

 

yeah it plugged in i know that, but i know they dont have the same part number.

 

As long as it's a 4 wire, the sensor itself is the same '92-'00.

hrm, ill have to check i cant remember if it was 4 wire, although i have a feeling it is.

if i could get stupid neptune to run on my mac properly i could just shut it off anyway lol
