Hi,
I need to buy a valve keeper tool kit (installer/remover). Does anyone know the size of the keepers in a B18C? Or even better which tool I should get? I see stuff on eBay, but I have no idea if it will fit/work.

 

A valve spring compressor, a thin telescoping magnet, a long pick tool (straight or slightly curved), and a LOT of patience.

 

Oh that doesn't sound fun

 

haha Yeah it's not very fun, but it gets the job done. It's just time consuming and very irritating at times.

 

I'd rather just have the tool. This probably wont be the first engine I'm rebuilding
