Default 98 accord misfire

I have a 98 accord vtec 4 cyl. 240k miles. I was driving the other day at highway speeds when I noticed a loss of power in the engine for a second and then it was misfiring like mad after this. I made it home and checked the code from the CE light it was flashing 71 and 73 which is misfire in cylinder 1 and 3 or random. I have replaced the plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, and ignition coil. It is still running the same and continuing to misfire. I also checked for spark and compression both were good. I am running out of ideas so any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated on where to look next.

possinbly the dizzy is going out and wabbling. my accord did this with about 160,000 miles. if its not that, you may wanna check the ICM in the dizzy, and the fuel injectors (that many miles you might want to replace them anyhow). after the dizzy ICM, injectors, and all the other parts you replaced IDK what else it could be without seeing it

People who get paid to fix cars aren't allowed to call it a dizzy.
