I have a PW0 ecu on my B16 CRX and my bud was like "I have a mugen chip if you want it." So I took him up on the offer. Is there a way to test it before I put it in my ECU? I'm worried about the 9k rpm redline and no speed limiter. Also, the fuelmaps and other stuff is changed. Lemme know what's up.

 

make sure its for ur pw0 and not for a pr3 they r diff ecus

 

Will it say that on the chip itself or do I have to test it somehow to find out? I just want to make sure. He had it in a B16 ECU, jdm, just doesn't know which one it was PW0 or PR3. I will ask him for sure next time I see/hear from him.
