Default Quick question about Fuction&Form Type 1 coilover adjustment

just received mine in the mail today and started observing them and read that you adjust it through the lower mount and dont even touch the spring perches. So does this mean that i cant adjust the height with them installed on the car? Say if i install them and am unhappy with the height and want to go lower/higher, i have to basically uninstall them to adjust the lower mount? Am i missing something here? I thought you could adjust coilovers just by jacking the car up. Input please...keep in mind this is my first time dealing with coilovers

for the fronts you can just either take off the bottom fork, loosen the bottom locking nut (on the coilover) and adjust it that way or you can just simply remove the 14mm bolt that secures the bottom of the mount to the fork and then loosen the bottom locking nut and turn it then.

for the back you have to separate the lower control arms from the coilover and then loosen the bottom locking **** and adjust it then. wd-40 helps on stuborn slightly rusted mounts/threads.

hope this helps.
