Does anyone one know what kind of shifter this is and where I can get it?

love mine, takes no energy to shift and that really helps when your shifting with ur left hand, im sure its even easyer lhd.

FLP.

I've had mind for over 5 years now and absolutely love it. Not sure I'd buy it for its current price, but I felt it was reasonable at $150 back then.
