ls/vtec bogging down after an hour of driving..need help

Default ls/vtec bogging down after an hour of driving..need help

Fully built ls/vtec..new distributor,new cat,rc440,sk2 intake mani.I recently had tb issues had to go bak to stock..after buying billet 68mm skunk 2..kept sticking @ 2k..that problem fix now..but idk if I have 2 get It retuned.cuz the stock 1 65mm.The problem I'm having now is that after an hor of driving she boggs down while accelerating.but when in neutral she stays on and revs up fine only when driving it acts up.Has a new aftermarket 02 sensor..new plugs new wires,aem fuel,new fuel filter.Please help any ideas will help.

coolant,oil temps getting too hot? also, yes get it retuned

coolant full in radiator but resevior could use some,from when i changed throttle body.Level stays just below half mark i noticed.dont member if its suppose to be there of lower.Im going to top it off and see what happens just waiting for new wires since I ripped them out aggravated lol..
