So, I installed my DC Sports 4-1 header today and my OEM exhaust snapped right after the Cat. and so I need to get some Custom Mandrel Bent piping tomorrow, since this is my ONLY vehicle. I already have a Greddy Ti-C muffler I'm going to have welded on and getting a new Cat.. My Question is, what size piping should I get? It's a Mildly built D15 on a 94 Hatch.

 

since your single cam motor... i would go with 2 1/4 in piping

I have a SOHC VTEC with 2 1/4. Suits my needs with not much pressure loss it seems.

 

i wondering, bout header back, just saying screw the cat, but i DONT want it to be really loud and gonna notice a big GAS loss too.

 

no you'll get the bees nest noise with no cat. at least hi flow it. otherwise keep it 2 1/4.

or you can for now and just go to a muffler shop and have them weld it back together..thats how mine was til i had enough to redo the whole thing. just since its your only ride.
