window tint
I would really like to get my 98 ex tinted... and im wondering what a ballpark "good" price to get it done would be?
i really dont wanna deal with the hassle of doing it myself.

Re: window tint
Make sure where ever you go, they give you lifetime bubble and tear replacement.
I can get 50% Front and 20% back for $100. I got a tint ticket so I'll be staying legal, sadly.

Re: window tint
I didn't till a corrupt cop got me for it at $90!
I didn't have the car a day and showed him that it was peeling and that it was going to be pulled that day. To no avail though.

Re: window tint
id say bout 100-150. idk what your laws are there but you can go 50% here. but that only matters for the front two and rear window/windshield. you can paint the back windows if you want as far as i know.

Re: window tint
I was going to get tints at the honda dealership for my 97 coupe for $130 with warranty and everything. I think my friend who works there was cutting me a little break. I decided not to get them though because hondas have terrible window regulators and I didn't want another thing to cause them to break.

Getting a lifetime warranty on tint is a good idea, but make sure you get it done by a shop that has been in business for more at least 5 years. There were several fly-by-night shops out here that gave lifetime warranties on their tints, but they're gone now. I got my CRV (rear windows/hatch) done using the best tint they have (ceramic, IIRC) at a place that's been around since the '80s for $199.
And get a good tint that won't go purple on you.
